Return and Refund Policy
At Carolyna Hutchings Homes, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return subject to the following terms:
Return Window: Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Goods: Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety standards, pillows, bathrobes, towels, and mattresses cannot be returned once unsealed. Customized or final-sale items are also non-returnable.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
Customer Responsibility: For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receipt and inspection.
